I had a somewhat underwhelming experience at this hotel, but they did manage to redeem themselves by providing a better rum after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and even changed the bedsheets for me. However, I was quite disturbed to find used condoms on the bedside table, and the fact that they didn't change the bedsheets after each guest was also a major issue for me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, where I encountered a truly exceptional experience with the manager, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. However, my interactions with the rest of the staff were somewhat disappointing, as they seemed to lack the same level of enthusiasm and attentiveness that the manager displayed. Despite this, the manager's efforts to make my stay enjoyable were evident in the thoughtful gestures and personalized service they provided.

I must say that my experience at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing. The hotel's condition was far from ideal, with a non-functional lift and walls that seemed to be in a state of disrepair. The rooms, unfortunately, were not much better, with a broken window that allowed a swarm of mosquitoes to invade the space. Even after switching rooms, the issue persisted, and the bathrooms were dirty and poorly maintained.

My stay at this hotel was marred by the complete absence of any food or beverage options, including even a simple cup of tea. It's surprising that a hotel would operate without providing the most basic amenities, leaving guests to fend for themselves. This lack of service was a major letdown, and I would caution others to look elsewhere for a more hospitable experience.

I had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Although I didn't get to try out some of the hotel's amenities, the ones I did use were top-notch. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay.
