The hotel is currently being renovated, so not all services were available. The attic room for one person was quite cozy, with a nice view of the square. Even though it wasn’t fully renovated yet, it was comfortable. The staff were very kind and attentive, there are several restaurants nearby and you can walk comfortably to the castle. It’s also not far from Bouzov Castle or the Smraďavka spa.

The owner was very kind, extremely helpful, and had a great attitude. We even got free coffee and breakfast, though that wasn’t included in the price. The owner and the lady were very attentive and accommodating.

The on‑site restaurant is still being redone, but there are several decent places to eat within a fifty‑metre walk. Breakfast, however, is a hassle – the hotel doesn’t serve anything beyond a basic continental option, and the nearest cafés only start opening around ten or eleven. If you’re okay with grabbing something from the little COOP next door, you’ll have to skip the terrace coffee ritual.

The meals were top‑notch and the hotel itself felt welcoming and comfortable. Nothing really stood out as a problem during the stay.

The hotel lived up to what we expected: it was quiet, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly, and the food was outstanding. We felt well taken care of throughout.
