The place was clean, in a useful spot right in front of the sea.

I appreciated the option to check in on my own without needing the host’s help.
The location was great, the staff were very kind, and the place was spacious, but the room felt a bit stuffy.
The positives include great contact with the owner and the cleaning lady who came daily, a location that put all essential spots—shop, bus stop, beach, restaurants—within arm’s reach, efficient air‑conditioning, spacious rooms with power adapters, and the fact that linens were actually washed and changed. Unfortunately, the apartment’s cleanliness was disappointing: the floors were sticky and dirty despite daily “cleaning,” a broken glass from previous guests was swept up with a broom and one of us even stepped on glass that same day; all furniture was dusty and dirty; the dishwasher didn’t work; the living‑room chairs were torn and the tablecloth was stained; the fridge froze and leaked onto the kitchen every couple of days.
The room and AC emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was infested with flies.
