I was allowed an early check‑in and the whole arrival process was very smooth. Because my flight the next morning was early, I chose this place and the Grab driver arrived instantly, which was super convenient. The room was clean, the rooftop laundry was free, and the staff who helped us were very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

The price and location were good, but the walls let the late‑night noise from other guests through.

I was blown away by the warm hospitality of the owner, Chị chủ. She made my stay at Kai's house truly unforgettable. The house itself is lovely, and I'm grateful for the owner's kindness. Thanks to her, I had a fantastic time, and I wish Kai's house all the best.

The location is super convenient, and there are plenty of affordable eateries nearby - I especially loved the hủ tíu place. The owner, Chị chủ, is sweet and thoughtful. She even lent me an iron when she found out I had a work party to attend, which was really considerate. My room was nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
