They come to pick you up and let you in at the front door, the staff are very attentive. The breakfast box they prepared for us because we were leaving very early was fine. They gave us useful tips for visiting the area.

A lovely little gem in Aswan. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Clean, comfortable, and a good breakfast on a nice rooftop with views of the area. The best part was the free tour to their Nubian village with the reception lady (Rawan) as guide. She explained their culture, showed us their cultural centre where an older local teacher gave us a short funny lesson on their numbers and alphabet, we saw a typical house inside and picked up a crocodile, an animal most houses keep as pets. They were very kind and patient with my mother's limited mobility and provided a tuk‑tuk on the return so she wouldn't get too tired. All staff were charming, especially Rawan. Even though the tour was free, we obviously tipped them afterward in gratitude.

The roof view was great, the breakfast was generous, and the receptionists were always smiling, but the WiFi in the room was disappointing.

The staff were very enthusiastic, the value was high, there was a restaurant on site with good food, and the prices were reasonable.
