The view, location and climate were great, and because it’s inside a tea plantation it was easy to explore and take photos; the staff guided me well, sharing locations, photos and videos before my arrival, though accessibility was a bit challenging with a steep, narrow road.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was simply breathtaking—serene surroundings, fresh air, and a beautifully maintained property that instantly put us at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met with a smile. Their exceptional service truly made us feel at home. Whether it was assisting with our requests or simply engaging in pleasant conversations, their warmth added a special touch to our stay. The rooms were large, but traveling with family and kids proved difficult; only cars could approach the nearby rooms, and there was no parking for travelers or buses. Management seemed more focused on revenue than service, demanding full payment upfront and pressuring us for extra charges, which spoiled the relaxation we sought. The TV never recharged and the internet was non‑functional.
