“Highly recommended place around rathgama”

The service was friendly, the bed was super comfy and the room was newly built, clean, and nice. Hot water showers and a kettle were provided, and the garden view looked out over Rathgama Lake. Kayaking was available at a reasonable price, free parking was offered, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely worth the price.

The staff were welcoming, the place was quiet with a beautiful view of the lake, and the breakfast was decent (jam toast). Towels, sheets, and soap were supplied, the air‑conditioning worked properly, and card payments were accepted. Kayaking could be arranged through the hotel. However, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, shampoo wasn’t provided, and there was humidity despite the air‑conditioning.

“Enchanting experience. Superb hospitality, great location. Must do kayak tour/safari!”

Charming family run hotel with superb hospitality. The location is great, the breakfast on a boat is enchanting, and there is direct access for kayak tour on the lagoon/lake. Flora and fauna are both incredible. Highly recommend!

The host was super friendly and the food was delicious, especially the kids’ favorites 😍. Getting a cab or tuk‑tuk from there was a bit of a hassle.
