The communication with the owner of the pension was good; if there’s a problem, they’ll sort it out. The bed sheets have seen better days, so I’d suggest replacing them with new ones.

I slept on a hard bed, the room was cold, and the overall vibe felt like a nightmare.

The hot water took 10 minutes to arrive, the heating was completely useless, it was freezing, so I had to call for a heater, which was awful, especially with little kids and having to use a heater to stay warm.
