The village pub is lovely and the room is super cosy; the parking lot is small, but that’s a minor issue.

The pub/bar looked good, but since we were there for a wedding we never actually used it or ate, so no food review. Free cereal was a nice touch, and we appreciated real coffee and fresh milk in the room. The bedding felt too thick and warm for the weather; a lighter duvet would have been better. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless, staff friendly and helpful, and the food lovely.

A delightful little old inn with only a handful of rooms; the staff are incredibly kind, warm and jovial. Rooms are small but impeccably clean. Continental breakfast, on request, comes in a charming picnic basket placed by the door. Dinner is also excellent, though you must order before 20:00 or the kitchen shuts. The pub is splendid.
