I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location is great, but the lack of a tea kettle in the room was a bit of a letdown, especially since it's clearly mentioned on their website that they don't provide one. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff were super helpful when I checked in late.

Staff responded well. No hassles Window opened to let in fresh air. no room service No restaurant nearby Towel seemed not rinsed off soap after washing. Had a harsh feel TV had some issue

The hospitality of the staff and the people in the place. The place is safe, I can recommend to my friends or colleagues if they will stay Surat. Maybe the food needs improvement
