Everything was well kept, and every request was met. The wellness area was huge, and the bar staff always had a friendly word ready and were in good spirits. The room got very warm at night, but we solved that by leaving the balcony door open.

The large chalet‑style room had a panoramic window with a nice seating area, comfortable beds, and a terrace with loungers. The pool and sauna area were lovely. Breakfast ran long, offered a wide variety, and the staff were attentive. At check‑in we received the activity card “Bayerischer Wald.” The bathroom was very small and offered too few hooks for towels and bathrobes.
