If you want a huge pool, this is the place. Friendly staff and flexible check‑in and check‑out times. The room was completely silent, perfect to start or finish a visit to the ruins well rested. We spotted crocodiles at the lake. The hotel has a bit of faded glory – it used to be part of the Club Med – Villa Arqueológica chain – but we enjoyed the peace, and for my 7‑year‑old the big pool was ideal. The pool was clean.

The pool is awesome! We made good use of it. We learned the hotel apartment was once part of Club Med… the equipment is good. We saw crocodiles up close on the lagoon pier. Great experience. Advice: go eat at Crocodilo! Very good and cheap!

The hotel is gorgeous and very quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Raúl took care of us, and everything was perfect; I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is genuinely fantastic. The courtyard with the pool is very pleasant, and the lake view is also great. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet wasn’t great, but the lake view made up for it.
