The reservation process and service were smooth, privacy was respected, and I felt secure. The room was comfortable and I didn’t notice any noise from neighboring rooms. For a solo business trip, I wanted the cheapest option that still allowed me to rest, so the large table for spreading out my PC and documents was helpful. I appreciated having nearby shop information and a large public bath. I’d like to stay here again for personal use. It would be nice to have more detailed tourist spot info, including the Hamada area. Thank you for your care. The only complaint was that I paid by card during an online reservation and couldn’t get a receipt on the spot; I still haven’t been able to obtain one myself, but I understand it’s unavoidable.
