The Flyhof, a family-owned, traditionally built hotel in Weesen, Switzerland, is situated directly on the shores of Lake Walen. This historic wood and stone house features a shaded terrace, a garden with mature trees, and direct lake access. Romantic rooms are equipped with antique furniture, and some rooms share toilets. Hairdryers and TVs are available upon request, and the on-site restaurant serves traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.

The dinner was excellently cooked and the plates were beautifully presented; the breakfast was small but fine, featuring fresh fruit salad with local ingredients. The host family was very friendly and attentive, the location is perfect with direct lake access, and the bus stop is right nearby, but the house is very old with a lot of charm, and the toilet and shower are partially calcified.

The location is nice, close to the shores of Lake Walensee, and the old building has wooden stairs, ceilings, and fittings, with nothing in particular to note otherwise.
