The location is good if you plan to head to tourist spots like Milan, Como, Verona, etc., because it is a two‑minute walk to the Rho train station. The staff were attentive to our requests. We stayed five nights and each day found fresh linens, towels, and bathroom cosmetics changed. For reception, kitchen, and housekeeping staff, a 10; for the hotel itself, a maximum of 7. I cannot give the hotel more than a 7 because it falls short of a true relaxation retreat after a full day of walking. The park near the hotel (the station park) was crowded with noisy people until past midnight, with music and shouting, making it impossible to rest with the window open. We had to move rooms the next day because water started leaking into the bathroom ceiling in the morning. With the reception staff’s kindness we were relocated to another room (which had no fridge, but we were told we could use the reception fridge). We booked a double‑bed room, but in both rooms we found two mattresses placed side by side as a double bed; at night we slid past each other on the mattress. The bathroom fan made an incredible noise when I turned on the light. Breakfast was fine in terms of content—meats, cereals, pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, melted cheese. The coffee was instant, but the kitchen ladies could serve an espresso if asked. I think five nights is too many if you intend to rest.

The breakfast and staff were good, but the room was not clean, especially the bathroom.
