Everything was perfect! We stayed in a villa, everything was thought out to the last detail. The surrounding area is unrealistically beautiful.

I really liked the overall atmosphere from the moment of arrival until departure! The staff was professional and not pushy. I also liked the room – the space, order, mattress, pillows (we slept well). I also want to thank the staff in the reception, very responsive and kind, like mothers (we felt cared for). My husband liked that he could smoke on the balcony. Non‑smokers were not bothered! Thanks for the towels and sheets, we really appreciate them. The spa area and staff are also nice, friendly and responsive. The child liked the slide for kids and the mineral pool (because it isn’t very deep, we had moments when no one was there, then the 6‑year‑old daughter could jump and play). You can definitely get rid of the daytime locks, they interfere with enjoying the beautiful scenery! We kept the locks in the hallway. Also the bed is only suitable for sitting, not for sleeping – if you don’t believe it, you’ll sleep in it one night… In the spa area, the floor near the cabinets is very slippery. We were sad that we couldn’t rent a safety vest for the child during the maintenance period! Then it would be safer to enjoy the deeper pools together. The spa is visited by a lot of children who want to move actively (jump, swim, splash and splash), but there are comparatively few options! The most suitable activity for this would be the mineral pool, but then it interferes with other visitors relaxing! I understand that there is no amusement park ;)
