Tregiffian Farm B&B, an adults‑only historic farmhouse in Penzance, offers sea‑view rooms with private bathrooms, tea/coffee makers, chocolates, and carpeted floors. Guests benefit from free Wi‑Fi, daily housekeeping, bicycle and on‑site parking, and a continental buffet breakfast of juice, pastries, and fruit. Within a short walk lie Treffigian Burial Chamber, Merry Maidens, and the Minack Theatre.

The location is great, quiet and peaceful with a wonderful, calming sea view. The hosts were generous. Parking is convenient. The breakfast included cereals, toast and pastries, all presented nicely, and extra hot breakfasts were available for an extra fee, though I didn’t use them. A nice pub is nearby and easy to reach. I have no complaints.

The hosts are welcoming and give good advice. The room, with a private bathroom, is tidy in every detail. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a fresh fruit salad each day. The location is peaceful in the countryside with an unobstructed view to the sea. A real charming bed and breakfast! 😃 Nothing to mention.

A good, quiet starting point for exploring the area. A bus is also nearby. We felt very welcome and received tips for local activities. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and the staff were flexible with our eating habits. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was fine, but having a car would help since the nearest larger towns with supermarkets and restaurants/pubs are a bit farther away.
