Located in the countryside between Annecy and Genève, the 4-star Château des Avenieres boasts a golden mosaic chapel, hammam, hot tub, and ornamental lake. Rooms and suites feature satellite TV, sitting area, and free Wi-Fi, with some suites offering a balcony or forest-valley view. The hotel offers free private parking and is situated next to the A41 motorway.

The location is amazing and the food is great; you’ll need a car to get around. Get a room with a balcony, like a suite, because the views are fantastic. I loved everything, no negatives.

The staff from A to Z were friendly and very sympathetic, making us feel truly like guests. The setting is very beautiful, the restaurant excellent, and the house’s history is fascinating.

We spent two nights at Château des Avenières and had a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderfully peaceful, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—a real highlight of our stay!. Nothing to mention—we were happy with everything
