The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the International Cruise Terminal and 100 metres from Jianye Road Station (Metro Line 2). It offers sea-view rooms, proximity to Yundang Lake, and convenient access to Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, and other local attractions.

I've been coming to Xiamen for nearly 20 years and stayed at the Pan Pacific for more than half of those trips. The location is good, the rooms are good. It's just good. Not great, not even very good and is getting worse every time. This will probably be my last time. The rooms are still fine but everything else has slipped. the service, the welcome, the food, especially the food. It's just lost its shine

It was a wonderful stay, just like before, with attentive staff, clean rooms, a good breakfast, a comfortable atmosphere, and a fantastic room offering lovely views. I would gladly return whenever the opportunity arises. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly, especially Melet, who was extremely courteous and helpful. This is my second stay at the property this year, and the service remains impeccable and highly professional. It has become my go‑to spot for trips to Xiamen. I would only suggest adding a bit more variety to the breakfast.
