The main purpose of paying for a hotel stay is to get a good night’s sleep, yet the bed was hard and uneven. The pull‑out bed came with dirty sheets, so we had to ask the front desk for fresh linens and had to change them ourselves. The shower, while beautiful, only had a garden‑hose‑like pressure and the water wasn’t hot. The indoor pool was too cold for a swim. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The front desk clerk was not very welcoming; she was short and seemed unhappy to be doing her job.

I loved the room; everything we wanted was there.
Convenient for the USAF Museum. The bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only downside was the limited nearby facilities.

I appreciated how roomy the room was, and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The manager seemed flustered when trying to check in several people at once. Bathroom finishes were sloppy, with a shelf coming loose from the wall. Shower shelves were glued with a yellowish adhesive and there was mold in parts of the shower.
