The property doesn’t exist at all – it’s a complete scam and I haven’t received any refund.

I arrived only to learn the hotel had already closed, and when I dialed the number listed in the app it rang but nobody answered; the email address provided was invalid, so I suspect this is a scam and I’m demanding a refund.
