It was a scam; I had to book another hotel instead of paying in advance. First, they lied about having rooms on the first floor, but the reception was on the second floor. Then, when we arrived, there was no staff and the hotel was closed. After calling, they said it was closed and told us to contact someone else. I had to find another hotel even after paying in advance.
