The price‑performance ratio is inconsistent, the location is close to a busy through‑street, the apartment is poorly maintained and needs repairs, the bathroom and kitchen are unhygienic (dust, limescale, mold), there is no regular cleaning, only one kettle for several guests, no storage or power outlet for devices, no mirror in the bathroom, the washing machine is unusable due to rust and mold, doors and windows have defective locking mechanisms, and there is no breakfast, no coffee machine, seating is only in the room or in the sometimes inaccessible “garden” (artificial grass).
