Everything was beautiful, even my room was upgraded from a standard booking to a bungalow because of their customer care. I arrived late at night and there was no staff to take my luggage, but the reception had a Moroccan woman named Hanan who helped me with my bags. Everything else was wonderful.

After a long, exhausting drive, the pool turned out to be exactly what we needed; we were assigned a bungalow at the price of a standard room. A few dead insects lay on the floor, but we removed them and there were no further issues. Breakfast was a bit sparse.

Professor Hanan was especially kind and friendly at the outdoor café opposite the pool; otherwise, there was nothing besides the bathroom fans.

The rooms were spacious and the location excellent, yet the shower in the bathroom was poor; I had booked a room with a jacuzzi but didn’t get it, and we waited an hour before entering the room.
