I loved how close the place was to everything, but the shower was a real let‑down.

The guesthouse was super close to the train station, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, and Santa Maria Maggiore church, and the elevator was a huge plus; Rome’s heat was brutal, so the air‑condition was already set to a preset temperature and they wouldn’t let us make the room cooler, which was annoying, yet the beds were comfy and even though the area was busy we couldn’t hear any noise, it was very quiet and comfortable, the room was cleaned by the time we arrived tired from a day of walking, great stay, highly recommend this place, not expensive! The air‑condition control was frustrating because they scolded me for trying to cool the room, insisting it stays at that temperature only, which is cold enough… but it isn’t; when it’s 100 °F outside and the air‑condition is at 75 °F it’s crazy.

I had a truly positive experience at this B&B in Rome; the property is welcoming, clean, and well‑maintained, perfect for a few days in the capital in complete tranquility; the location is convenient and lets you reach the main sights easily; I really appreciated the hospitality, availability, and attention to guests, felt at home instantly, and the stay was genuinely pleasant; highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Rome, I’d gladly come back!
