I loved the nature view and ambience of the location, and I appreciated the gesture given by the property manager.

Aayam Art Residency & Studio – Jaipur, Rajasthan was one of the worst experiences we have had at a property. We stayed with our family, including two small kids, and arrived around 7:30 PM. The rooms were in the basement. From day one we faced multiple issues: the WC flush tanks in all washrooms were not refilling with water; in the evening both microwaves were not working even though they were switched on; Bisleri water bottles were not provided; the water filter machine was also not working. The bathroom and shower area were combined, which was very inconvenient for more than two people. We also had a serious hot‑water problem that remained unresolved after we raised a complaint, forcing us to leave without showering—including the kids, which was extremely uncomfortable. We booked for three days, but on the last day the beds were not even made. When we asked, we were told we should have informed Mr. Shrey, who claims to be the host. The responses were extremely disappointing: first he said someone would come to make the bed, then he blamed us for not informing him in advance and started arguing instead of resolving the issue. If cleaning was done for the first two days without us informing, how were we supposed to know that we suddenly needed to inform someone on the last day? There were no instruction boards in the room, and no information about whom to contact for basic needs or how housekeeping worked. Overall, zero hospitality knowledge, very poor communication, and an unhelpful attitude from the host, Mr. Shrey. This was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced, especially for a family with kids, and it is not recommended at all.

“Would like to visit again.”

The place sits in a great spot and the building itself is nice. The host was exceptional and the room was very comfortable and roomy. The bathroom could have been better, but it was still clean. Since the rooms are in the basement, there’s no ventilation, but we didn’t notice any issues because it was winter.

The location is close to the city center, giving easy access to everything while still staying quiet and peaceful—exactly the best of both worlds. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, handling every request with care and professionalism. Such genuine hospitality is rare, and it made the whole stay feel warm and personal.
