“大変素晴らしい体験でした。”
The location, staff, housekeeper, and overall service were all excellent, and the doorman always greeted me when I saw him, which made my first visit to New York feel reassuring.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a iron and a steamer in the room along with plenty of space to fold clothes. The gym was well equipped, open 24 hours, and had new machines. The staff were helpful, friendly, and made a real difference during our stay. Everything was perfect.
