The location, close to the city center, the availability and friendliness of the staff, the well‑equipped room and spacious shower, the bed comfort, and the tram stop at the foot of the hotel (direct line to the airport) are all great. There was a bit of dust in the wardrobe, but otherwise the room was very clean.

Location and service.

The spot was great, the room had plenty of space, the staff were friendly, and it was close to public transport and attractions. However, the bathroom wasn’t clean – the curtain had mold – and the shower height regulator was broken, though they fixed it the next day.

I liked the location, but the building feels very old.

Every stop was within walking distance, and there were a few markets and cafés nearby. The air‑conditioning could use improvement; it didn’t keep up with the summer heat.
