The hotel staff were wonderful and helped with everything; I had to check out earlier than planned because my laundry wasn’t ready. They sent a courier for my laundry and assisted with my bags all the way to the taxi that took me to the airport, making it a truly great stay.
The place was noisy, and there was no storage for my belongings.
The mattress was comfortable and the staff were welcoming, but the property felt old, there was no hot water, the shower was rusty so we had to use a bucket, the bathroom was really outdated, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and the fan was loud.
