The rooms are fantastic and the staff are genuinely helpful, kind and welcoming, but the pools lack sunshine and could use a bit more maintenance and cleaning.

The atmosphere is very relaxed, though it felt a bit dark; I understand the lights are dim as part of the hotel’s theme, yet I wish there were brighter lights in the bathroom to get ready.

I liked the style and décor; the rooms have a very relaxing vibe, I slept wonderfully and relaxed, but I’m not giving a 10 because the room lacked a TV. I also didn’t like that the restaurant closed at 4 am.
