The hotel features a restaurant serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, a business centre, and tour desk. Located near Kings Cross, Woolloomooloo, and Elizabeth Bay, it's a 10-minute drive from the Sydney Opera House. Individually installed air conditioning and some rooms with opening windows enhance guest comfort.

It was by far the cheapest hotel I could find, though it clearly needs a major renovation; the room had many visual defects, yet the beds were clean. It’s still a bit pricey for what it offers, but not a bad place to stay.

The location was great and it wasn’t far from the car park, restaurants, cafés, and the subway station. It was quite overpriced for a very old, dated motel. The man at the front desk was abrupt when we checked in. We went out for dinner and it poured with rain and hail; when we returned, a fire engine was outside and the motel had flooded. Water gushed out through the light fixtures. Luckily our room was fine, but my other daughter’s room flooded, soaking the bed and some clothes. They kindly gave her a fresh room, but the water coming through the lights could have been dangerous. They don’t service your room unless you ask reception. At about $450 per night it’s very overpriced.

The location is great and the staff were friendly, and there was a small kitchenette. However, the facilities were damp and part of the building flooded during a severe rainstorm; my room faced the alley and was very noisy from early‑morning trash services and evening restaurant traffic. The room was cleaned only once during a ten‑day stay, and there were no plates or utensils.
