The place was quiet, but a roach appeared in our room the moment we checked in, everything felt outdated, a strange odor came from the air conditioner, the fire alarm went off, the floor was sinking, and water was definitely leaking into the walls.

The hotel seemed to have a makeover—rooms were very comfortable and clean—but you had to locate staff to access the pool area, the key didn’t work, towels were missing from the pool, and I had to ask staff again, which was inconvenient.

The interstate access was super convenient, both ways.

The location was great, but the room lacked a queen sized bed—queen size width is 60", it wasn't there. There was no sink in the bathroom, no handrails in the bath/shower, and the couch and toilet were too low. The upper lock on the door was broken.
