Very clean and spacious for a small family

I got a spacious room with sturdy furniture, but there were more than 20 cockroaches around the kitchen and a few in the bedroom. The shower only had cold water, and the tap water was sometimes muddy. Power outages happened occasionally, turning off the lights and fan. The host first demanded $43 even though the booking was $29. Proper pest control and a thorough cleaning are urgently needed.
