The property is excellent; the room was a bit small for the price but the balcony made up for it. Adding a pair of slippers, an extra rod in the bathroom, and more charging stations would improve it further. The AC in the Skybar is essential— it was very hot up there.

The staff were very helpful and cordial, and they made the stay extra special by adding a beautiful birthday cake for my dad.

It was good overall, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially the breakfast spread and the condition of the rooms.

The room 502 was on the top floor with a river‑facing balcony that gave a great view, and the pool was tidy and clean. However, the AC in my room was noisy and dripped water inside, there was no bathroom sleeper in any of the rooms we booked (501, 502, 503), no glass coasters, and the bedsheets were pressed but mostly strained. We had booked three super‑deluxe rooms and expected better facilities.

Breakfast was decent, but for a property like this I’d have liked a few live counters, and the location is great. The rooms need upkeep; damp walls and a slippery bathroom floor caused me to slip, probably because the wrong tiles were used.
