Very convenient in the centre of Ruffec, quick replies to any issues, and the gracious hosts made us feel welcome. We arrived during a heatwave and the room was very hot; a few extra fans would have helped.

The location and the silence are positives, but the carpet and rugs are not clean!

The location was convenient with nearby parking, but the cleanliness was only decent overall; the toilets were outside the room, which could disturb other guests going down the stairs, although there was no space in the room for a toilet, so that’s understandable.
