I had an incredible stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. One standout individual, Rafael, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from helping us with drinks and food to even running errands for us. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, as they beautifully decorated the property for Valentine's Day. The amenities, including the massage and jacuzzi, were also a highlight of our stay.

While the hotel's location near the city center was a plus, the bathroom was a major letdown - it had a terrible smell of sewage that wafted into the room. We had to open the window and use the fan to make the space bearable. Also, there was no breakfast provided, which was a disappointment.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's beautiful appearance, but unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely poor, which made it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

I absolutely adored my stay, as it offered a serene atmosphere and the convenience of being able to purchase snacks without leaving the premises, thanks to the various QR codes available.
