Penzion U Kubesa, an adults‑only boutique inn in Kroměříž, occupies a 1612 historic building fully renovated in 2015. Each non‑smoking room features air‑conditioning, flat‑screen TV, WiFi, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and a private shower bathroom. Centrally located, it offers free public parking, paid secured spots, and proximity to Olomouc (33 km), Zlín (22 km), and Brno–Turany Airport (53 km).

I loved the location, and I loved the breakfasts. We found that there were ample good restuarants nearby. Our top choices were Nova Bohemia, Cerny Orel and Cafe Earnest. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the rooms comfortable. We stayed three nights, and I would stay again there. We stayed 3 nights, and they do not automatically refresh your linens. Make sure to leave them on the floor, and they will refresh them. There was also an extra tax that had to be paid upfront that was not part of the online bill. It's not huge but best if you have crowns to pay for it. Some state or city tax

Breakfast was excellent with a very nice selection, but the bed had a very hard mattress, and all rooms were dark and gloomy, which felt somewhat depressing.

The stay was simply nice and everything was perfect; the location is ideal, everything is stylish and new, the breakfast was tasty, and the service was great—when I left something in the room, the team was very helpful and patient with the courier for the return.
