There was a power outage for over 2 hours, the hotel didn’t have a generator so guests had to wait in the dark. The location was not great, in a quiet part of Paris.

The Ibis Styles Paris Saint Denis Pleyel hotel offers excellent value in a prime location north of Paris. Spacious rooms provide comfort, while the restaurant serves a reasonable selection of dishes. Guests enjoy a lively market, diverse architecture, and proximity to Stade de France, St Denis Basilica, and metro lines 13, D, and H, near the Seine's banks.

Directly on the Seine, just 1 km to the metro station, clean and friendly. The Seine further up to the station is heavily littered and damaged, not pleasant to walk through and makes you feel uneasy. In the opposite direction, the metro is 200 m away but you can stroll there calmly. Parking is scarce.

Calm, breakfast was well presented and varied.

The room was “spacious”, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff were attentive.

Thanks to Corinne for the warm welcome and her kindness; she made up for her colleague Marc's mistakes. The Nancy girls were great. Marc was indifferent and offered no explanation about the parking.
