The place was clean and quiet, the location was great, and the breakfast was good.The barman spoke very good English and was very nice and gentlemanly. At check-in, I asked for an iron. Instead of bringing it to my room, the receptionist just handed me the iron and ironing board on the spot and expected me to carry them myself — along with my own luggage and suitcase. I didn't mind carrying it, but my hands were already full, and it didn't feel like professional service. Staff should have delivered it to the room themselves

Big room, easy to get to the airport. The rooms have no fridge, no kettle for tea or coffee.

Friendly, clean, directly on the tram line. The air‑conditioning was brutally loud and clacked like a tractor.

“Sauberes Hotel, aber unbequeme Betten”

A tram runs right by the hotel, the bathroom has a powerful hair dryer and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are so well insulated that you have total silence. The beds are very hard and breakfast is overpriced. 20 € per person for bad coffee and a small buffet is too much. The hard mattresses stole our sleep.
