This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and we wish we could stay for longer! The setting is so gorgeous, it is truly beautiful as well as the staff being super helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

It's a Beautiful Beautiful property. Our Toddler loved the place especially the pools. Beautiful caring Staff. We loved our stay & will definitely come back again but this time for longer stay

Convenient location, lovely staff, lovely gardens and ambience. Breakfast options were really nice. Mix up with room booking - first night, booked single beds but apparently you have to tell in message to hotel to make sure they allocate room. Had to change room from 2nd night. Aircon in room wasn’t great. Noisy neighbours - rooms not sound proof

The expansive outdoor grounds are beautiful, featuring large rice fields and plenty of areas to explore. Additionally, the staff was willing to facilitate a room change when initially approached, though this ultimately did not resolve our concerns. We booked a stay from August 31 to September 6 but felt compelled to check out after just one night. We requested a room transfer from our initial accommodation because it was excessively dark and the bathroom was significantly outdated. However, the second room presented severe hygiene issues. We found multiple visible stains on both the provided towels and bed sheets. Most alarmingly, we discovered a previous guest's used underwear left behind the bedside table. Because these evident housekeeping failures and sanitary conditions fell drastically below basic hospitality standards, we forfeited our remaining nights and relocated immediately
