“Terrible -no staff support. This hotel should just have self check in.”

Looked modern and good location. Room size is great.(king suite) Too bad the staff is so apathetic. Check in was 4:00. Room was not ready until 5:15. No apology or reason offered. (We were at hotel at 3:30.) Booked a room for 3 and there was a king bed and a sofa—no sofa bed. There were no extra linens in the room. One person from our party went to front desk and they handed the person only a sheet. A different member of our party went to front desk and was handed the proper linens but no pillow. Asked for a pillow and was told there were none. How is this a room for 3? Ice machine was not working so I called front desk. No answer. Waited a few minutes and called again. No answer. Tried a third time-no answer. Went to lobby and asked front desk is there a working ice maker? He told me I don’t know. I’ll have to go to every floor and look. My party was gathered to play a table game near the front desk and I told him, we’ll be over there for a while, I would appreciate it if you can find a pillow too. NEVER got a response. Oh, and remember no answer ever when calling the front desk? The irony—he was wearing an AirPod in one ear. This morning at 9am, housekeeping knocked on the door and asked if we were ready to check out. ?! That is some nerve. Too bad the staff doesn’t hold a candle to the look of the facility

“Overall a very comfortable place to stay.”

The place was spotless and the staff handled everything professionally, but we needed a private business center or conference room for a confidential meeting, so we had to use the lobby, which was almost empty and gave us a decent level of privacy.

“It’s August. Make sure pool is clean”

The bed was comfy and the spot was convenient, yet the breakfast menu never varied, the pool water looked green 🤮, the staff were unfriendly except for the Saturday breakfast crew, and the front desk was awful.
