The service has always been exceptional; this is my second time staying here. Now that I’ve returned, the rooms have air conditioning, and the newly opened rooftop space is fantastic. There’s nothing that displeases me.

The staff member who attends to you is excellent and the place is pretty, though a bit more light would be nice; overall everything is great, but the lighting is a downside.

It was within 2 blocks of walking to the Zocalo which is essentially the center part of the town. The hotel was clean and the attendant was very helpful. There wasn't a ton around the hotel itself, but in general you could walk a less than 10 minutes and you'd find a good restaurant or store
