“Avoid at all costs”

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had; we booked without any instructions for accessing the property, had to call the host upon arrival to find out how to get inside, and were then told we had to cancel on the spot, leaving us stranded far from home with no alternative lodging on such short notice. The host later claimed the issue was that we booked one night while they only accept two, blaming the platform for changing settings, which is not our problem as guests. The entire situation shows a lack of professionalism and basic respect for guests, and the place even looks uninviting from the outside, so we may have avoided a worse experience. Dealing with this is not easy, and it feels like pure arrogance and total disregard for customers—avoid at all costs.

“Decent, but could have been a lot better with a little more cleaning”

The location was great and the staff were nice, but the place clearly needed a good cleaning: the toilet had stuff in it, the floors needed a vacuum, and I couldn’t tell if the bedding was fresh; the room itself also needed a clean.
