The rooms were spotless, but a thick wall cut off the view.

I liked how close it was to Tanner Outlet, yet the breakfast left me wanting a hot dish. Check‑in was scheduled for 3:00 but got delayed to 6:00 because of a water issue, and the room had a sewer smell.

The spot was convenient and the staff were friendly, but everything else fell short.

Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the breakfast—pancakes were a treat—was included. The hotel sits right next to the interstate, so expect traffic noise if you’re a light sleeper.
