“Please refund for one night”

The bathroom was in an unacceptable state and clearly needed immediate refurbishment. The showerhead was visibly filthy, and the entire shower cubicle was heavily soiled and required a thorough scrub and deep clean. This level of uncleanliness was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about basic hygiene standards. The tea tray was also extremely dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly, further demonstrating that the room had not been prepared or maintained to an acceptable standard. When I entered the room, I discovered that the bed had not been changed. I had to contact the manager to request that it be changed, which was unacceptable and should have been addressed before my arrival. The bed itself was also unstable and presented a clear safety concern. When I leaned against the headboard, the entire bed moved away from it. This was not only uncomfortable but also made the bed feel insecure and potentially unsafe. Overall, the room fell well below acceptable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. The condition of the bathroom, tea tray, and bed demonstrated a serious lack of proper housekeeping and upkeep, and I expected significantly better from the hotel. I’ll appreciate it if one stay should be refunded, stayed two nights.

“I would like to visit again. I had use Fern Residence at Bhuj also.”

The staff were very polite and well‑mannered, but I didn’t like the fact that veg and non‑veg dishes were served together.

The hospitality, ambience, and food were all excellent, and there was nothing to complain about.

“Good . Scope for improvement in toiletaries.”

We ate lunch at the on‑site restaurant and the food quality was excellent, though there is room for improvement in the toilets, tea, and coffee supplements.
