The hot tub is great. It needs a bit more cleaning, especially the shower and the tub.

“Pessima esperienza, struttura totalmente inaffidabile e per nulla professionale.”

There is absolutely nothing good about this place. The experience is utterly unacceptable and the management is disgraceful. We booked this apartment about three months in advance, the reservation was accepted and confirmed, and we received all the check‑in details. We had planned our trip around that booking. Check‑in was scheduled for 16:00 and at 16:01 we were already outside the property. We called the listed number and were calmly told that our reservation didn’t exist and that we had to “sort it out with Booking.” As if it was our fault. Moreover, they slapped the phone in our face. We then called Booking and discovered something even more absurd: the reservation did exist and was confirmed. Booking also told us that a minute after our call to the property, the property had cancelled the reservation. So first we’re told the reservation “doesn’t exist,” then we find out it existed and was immediately cancelled after we called, with no explanation, no reason, and no concern that we were already standing outside. This is simply unacceptable. If a property accepts a reservation three months ahead, confirms it, and sends check‑in information, it can’t wait until a guest arrives to deny that the reservation ever existed and wash its hands of it. The way we were treated was disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. The least we could have expected was an attempt to explain the situation and find a solution. Instead we were told to “deal with Booking” and the phone was literally slapped in our face. I absolutely do not recommend this property.

Nothing good. I got itchy after leaving an extremely dirty spa, and there were cockroaches in the room.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was great. The hotel had some issues, but they were resolved in a way that benefited the guest. The staff were friendly and approachable.
