The beach is awesome, and all the staff at the pools, bars, and near the beach were friendly and welcoming; the food was great and delicious, and the restaurant staff were all helpful. I had a very bad experience with the reception staff: my room had an air‑conditioner that wouldn’t cool, and after talking to reception several times they made no effort to fix it or change my room. When I checked in, the lady at reception did not help at all and didn’t give me any information about the property, restaurants, etc.; after a few days I discovered many restaurants were unavailable because I didn’t have reservations. If she had given me a tour at check‑in, I could have made all the reservations in advance. When my wife lost an expensive item on the property, even though there were cameras, no one cared to help us find it.

If you book a regular room you’ll get an old one; only the rooms around the lobby are new.

Mostly everything was great—kids’ facilities and activities, the view, food variety, the animation team’s activities, and the beach. The spa staff pushed you to message them, and the messaging service was not as expected.
