The location is beautiful and quiet, the people are lovely, and I also enjoyed being able to see and interact with some of the animals—an amazing experience with no issues whatsoever.

I loved staying in the historic barn, conveniently located between Swansea and Cardiff, and the croissants in the morning were great with strong coffee. The proprietor was overly chatty about politics, which we prefer to avoid while traveling, especially when we’re clearly not aligned. There was no Wi‑Fi in our room, and he claimed that only affected Americans. The pillows were about 2 inches thick and as hard as rocks, impossible to fluff. We skipped the shower because it was just a tub with a handheld sprayer on the faucet, and traffic noise persisted all night.

The B&B was beautiful and peaceful, with friendly and helpful hosts; the beds were very comfortable and the entire place stayed clean. I would have liked a cooked breakfast in the morning, but the breakfast that was offered was still nice.
