Peterhof – komm als Gast & geh als Freund

Communication with the owner was excellent from the start. Discount cards were ready upon arrival along with a welcome pastry. The lodging on the estate was peaceful. We recommend it to everyone and will gladly return.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, making you feel like family. The accommodation sits near many beautiful hiking trails, and with the discount card you can join a lot of great activities for free, including free cable cars. We were a family of two with small children, and the hosts offered many good location and activity suggestions. The property has cows and pigs, which was a big hit with the kids.

“Excellent stay above our expectations.”

Everything was excellent, and the property owners were very friendly and helpful. They were constantly making sure that everything was okay and our comfort was their top priority. The children liked staying on the farm, being able to play with the farm dog, see the cows etc. And at the same time we were in neat and luxurious apartment with nothing missing. Austria has (in my experience) high standards, Andrea and Hannes perfectly manage to meet them

“A great vacation”

We booked a larger apartment for five days and had a great stay. The apartment has a hallway, a fairly large kitchen with a big table, and a sofa. The kitchen is well‑equipped for comfortable cooking; I didn’t miss anything, and there was no excess gear. The bedrooms are pleasantly spacious, with medium‑firm mattresses that are comfortable. The wardrobes are ample. We had to lower the heating a lot, but it wasn’t cold even for those who feel chilly. The apartment was spotless. It also comes with basic cleaning supplies for ongoing use. It’s a short walk from a beautiful waterfall, ski slopes, and summer trails. After we left, the kids rode pedal cars, and we could see cows and pigs, which liked the small food scraps. A friendly Labrador roams the yard and garden. Andrea and her husband are lovely hosts, offering advice and friendly chat without ever feeling like our privacy was invaded. They helped with everything we needed. I’d love to visit again. The downside: Peterhof is on the road. With the windows closed it’s completely quiet, but I can imagine that in summer, passing cars would be more audible if the windows stay open longer. Inside the yard or garden, it’s peaceful.

“Skvělé ubytování jen kousek od Hinterstoderu”

We felt as welcomed as at Peterhof in only a few spots. Andrea prepared everything we could possibly need. If you want a quiet place where people take good care of you, you don’t have to look further. Nothing disappointed us.
