Located opposite Great Yarmouth's sandy beach, the Palm Court Hotel is a 5-minute drive from the River Yare, part of the Norfolk Broads. The hotel features a heated indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking. Each room includes a TV, hairdryer, and private bathroom, with some offering beautiful sea views and amenities like bathrobes and slippers.

A traditional seaside hotel with friendly, kind, and helpful staff. The location is great, parking is easy, and the swimming pool is a big plus. The room wasn’t huge, but we chose to pay for this one; we could have spent more for a larger room.

We didn’t have breakfast there, but the Palm Court is overall a nice place. The wait for food was too long, some customers weren’t keen, we had a late lunch and the meal wasn’t very good. Again, we waited too long, my partner and I had to wait too long for the meal and didn’t like the food, especially the salad which had too much dressing, and my partner’s was not that good. I couldn’t help but notice there was no water, so it needs to improve and become more organized.

A charming old hotel with great value and a top location, plus a restaurant and a swimming pool. Some staff were very good, but the breakfast and bar staff seemed a bit unmotivated.

Great staff who can’t do enough to help. Quieter part of town but still close to everything. Comfy bed!. The room was tiny, even though we didn’t book the smallest room. Decor is tired
